Our Family Immigration Services
Consular processing: We can assist you with consular processing for both non-immigrant and immigrant visas. We work with United States consulates around the globe to help with the application process for K visas (K-1, K-3), immigrant visas, visitor visas, and waivers of inadmissibility.
Adjustment of status: When your family member is in the United States and is determined to be eligible to apply for a green card, our firm can assist in filing your application.
Removal of conditions on residency: Your status is considered "conditional" if you acquired permanent residency through marriage and your marriage was less than two years old at the time you became a lawful permanent resident. The next step in the process toward continued permanent residency and possible citizenship is a petition to "remove the conditions" on your residency.
Citizenship: Is U.S. citizenship an option for you? Our immigration attorneys can answer your questions about citizenship, including questions of eligibility after criminal charges or convictions. We can advocate for you before the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), and can help you prepare for the citizenship examination and interview.
